Carb percentage is a little high this week, but still under 150 gr/day average at 144 gr/day. Protein was 132 gr/day avg so I am also happy with that. And I gained a pound
Since I"m back into a full on Simple and Sinister kettlebell workout, I'm increasing my calorie goal to somewhere between 26 and 2700 cals/day. We'll see how that goes for a couple of weeks.
