Macros were spot on this week. Cals were lower than the 27 to 2800 I had been shooting for, I decided to slow down the weight gain a bit. I will add more calories if my workouts start to suffer, I stop making gains, or if I start to get hungry. I know I'll have to increase the cals when I start swinging the 32 kg kettlebell as part of my S&S workout.
