These past couple of weeks have been busy-busy. We've torn out our old '70 era parquet floors in the living room and hallways, patched and painted the walls in the living room/dining room/kitchen and hallways, and painted the ceilings in the LR/DR and kitchen. Today we started laying the new vinyl plank flooring. Thank goodness for no VOC, low odor paint and dustless flooring.
My eating has been good, but not quite spot on. I also learned something this week... the Starbucks Coconut Milk Latte is not made with plain coconut milk, it is sweetened. That's a little irritating.
With all of the housework I haven't been doing much in the way of swinging kettlebells, and with the new floor in I'll be kicked out to the garage. No bouncing kettlebells off of the new floor :)
