Monday Macros - Halloween edition.
Weight = 153. Weight gain/loss this period = 0 lb. Total weight loss = 98 lbs. Macros for the week = Carb/Fat/Prot - 17/55/28%. Daily avg cals = 2,359. Body Fat = 10.4%
Calories were spot on, carbs were less than 100 gr/day, but protein was a little higher than it probably should be. It is kind of hard to change anything right now because I'm making such nice progress with my kettlebells, but from what I've been reading, shooting for 130 instead of 150 gm/day is probably sufficient. It will be easier on my budget, that's for sure.
