Weight = 145. Weight gain this Week = 1 lb. Total weight loss = 106 lbs. Macros for the week = Carb/Fat/Prot - 21/58/21%. Daily avg cals = 2246. Body Fat = 9.8%.
Calories really are not bad considering that the day I was sick (last Friday I had a 'stomach bug that sent me to the ER) I could only get down 215 calories. I did a good job of staying near my goal of 26 to 2700 cals/day the rest of the week. I'm well on the way towards slowly regaining the weight I lost while I was sick this past February.
