Macros were pretty much spot on. Average protein was 159 gr/day and carbs were 139 gr/day. Calories were a little shy of my 27 to 2800 cal/day average goal, but close enough to be no big deal.
I started progressing from my 16 to 20 kg kettlebell for Turkish Get Ups and my swings are strong. I have lots of energy, I'm making my strength gain goals, and I'm not at all hungry. Looks like things are pretty much dialed in for awhile.
