Macros and cals were good this week. Avg daily carbs were 129 gr/day and protein was 153 gr/day.
I'm dropping back on calories a bit, well, I'm actually just not trying to push to get in more calories each day. I'm progressing well in the Simple and Sinister kettlebell program and am not hungry. So long as I keep progressing, 2500 cals/day will be my goal. That's easy enough to add to if I feel I need more cals to meet my strength goals.
I'm super happy that my body fat is staying pretty constant as I regain weight.
