Macros ended up spot on, that's pretty cool. Shows that you can have a holiday meal with family, and maintain healthy eating goals. My carbs on Thanksgiving were at 26% and of that sugars were a whopping 60 grams. That was just one day and the week turned out great. I do probably need to boost the average daily calories by a 100/day or so if I expect to keep making good gains with my fitness program.
Still have a ton of leftovers in the fridge. Tonight was Turkey Taco Night. I used the Julian Bakery Paleo Wrap. It is nice to have a simple, hand held, option every once in awhile. Turkey meat simmered in bone broth with cumin/oregano/garlic/paprica/chili powder. Quick, easy, and even made the granddaughter happy.
