Average cals are not bad seeing as how I had a tooth pulled earlier this week. I was able to maintain my weight with the lower than goal average calories so a good week all in all. I'm very happy with the macros, my energy levels are great and I am progressing well with my kettlebells.
Speaking of kettlebells, I think it's kind of funny that I can do 10 sets of 10 one hand swings with a 20 kg 'bell in less than 10 minutes, and my Fitbit dashboard indicates that workout added 0 active minutes to my day. If performing 100 hard style swings is not being active, I really don't know what is.
Another good example of why you should only use trackers (calorie and fitness) as trend analysis tools.
