I cut back on the amount of food I've been eating as we have been doing some home maintenance/repairs this week. I haven't been working out with my kettlebells so didn't really need the extra cals.
We are painting walls and replacing the 70's era parquet wood floors. As with any project like this, the more you do the more you find you need to do.
If you are wondering, yes we are using no VOC low odor paints and I have plenty of N95 rated dust masks. Taking good care of these new lungs.
